Ben works closely to support those running organisations. The top level of any organisation comes with pressure, responsibility and oftentimes, a sense of isolation. Ben encourages leaders to direct with openness and authenticity, a receptivity to everyone around them (the ability to really listen), to nurture the gifts of their team members and to trust their intuition and instincts. He helps leaders to understand the complexities of team dynamics (and to really care about everyone who works with them) and gives space for the exploration of new possibilities, to gain clarity and grow in full alignment with their vision, expressed through action.
The work is always attuned to the needs of the person and the frequency and duration of meetings will reflect this.
Ben often likes to take sessions out in nature, where he uses the elements as inspiration for the work. This can be particularly supportive, to give a fresh perspective and energy.
