Ben works closely with teams (both team leaders and staff). He has always believed in the importance of valuing everyone in the organisation - and beyond - to care about the experiences of those around us and to support working environments where people feel a strong sense of belonging and an eagerness for growth. He supports leaders to better understand their teams and manage relationships in a constructive way, that deepens bonds and creates an environment of trust and open communication. He supports other staff members to develop their gifts and skills so they can grow into the roles that they choose to create.
